Pier Access, Reinvented

Pierstation is expanding along California’s coastline — bringing smart fishing access to piers, harbors, and marinas where convenience and conservation meet. Each Pierstation is customized to fit its local environment, offering pier-specific bait, tackle, and information for the fish that thrive there.

Whether you’re planning an early-morning session in Half Moon Bay or teaching your kids to fish in Pacifica, every Pierstation is built to serve that community — stocked, maintained, and monitored for reliability.

Pilot Program: Pacifica Pier

Pacifica Pier will serve as the launch site for Pierstation’s first full-scale pilot program — a model for how technology, education, and sustainability can work together to support California’s fishing community.

This installation will provide 24/7 access to bait, tackle, and pier-specific resources, including tackle matched to local surf perch, striped bass, and salmon conditions. Each unit will feature built-in fishing line recycling, QR-linked tide charts, and digital access to California Department of Fish and Wildlife regulations, helping anglers fish responsibly and confidently.

Beyond serving local fishermen, the Pacifica Pier pilot will test Pierstation’s data, maintenance, and community engagement systems — collecting insights that will guide future installations across the California coastline.

Our Commitment

Every Pierstation contributes directly to cleaner coastlines. A portion of each sale is donated to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, supporting pier maintenance, habitat restoration, and marine education programs statewide.
